West Clermont Wolf Pup PreschoolWest Clermont Wolf Pup Preschool Program Overview

The West Clermont integrated preschool program is a high-quality pre-kindergarten program that provides an engaging and developmentally appropriate environment and learning experiences for students to prepare them for kindergarten. Each class has the capacity to include eight students who are developing typically and eight students identified with special needs. In each class, an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist engages students in curricular experiences that are aligned with the Ohio Department of Education’s Early Learning and Development Standards along with the support of a paraprofessional. Additional services are provided for students as intervention needs are identified.

  • Parents/guardians will complete an online form between January 20 and February 3, 2025 to enter the lottery.
  • The lottery drawing will occur on February 7, 2025.
  • All applicants will be notified via email by the end of the work day on Monday, February 10, 2025 regarding their status.
  • Once parents/guardians are notified that their child is offered a seat in the preschool program, they can begin the registration process. Details about how to complete registration will be provided in the email.
  • Families will have 14 days to complete the registration process after the email notification. Those that do not complete the registration process (including a paid deposit) within 14 days (by February 24, 2025) will be placed on a wait list.
  • Returning students will be able to renew their enrollment for the 2025-2026 school year without participating in the lottery.
  • Students who are not drawn in the lottery and all entries received after February 7st will be placed on the 2025-2026 Preschool Waitlist.
  • If you missed the initial online lottery, and are still interested in a spot within the preschool program for the 2025-2026 school year please fill out the 2025-2026 Preschool Waitlist.
