Teamwork is critical for the true success of everything we do. As a district, we will continue to engage as partners with our parents and our community to provide the best education possible. As school district leaders we will continue to lead by example and lean into learning opportunities, take calculated risks, and do what it takes to provide a well-balanced educational experience for our students.
The visioning and feedback process the district has embarked on with our community is helping us analyze our collective beliefs and values, dream big for our students, and begin to design an educational system that more closely aligns with what our students need to be equipped with for success in their world today. We believe West Clermont is uniquely positioned to move from good to great while partnering with our families, community, businesses, and governmental agencies to provide the best educational experience possible. We have the ideal staff, students, community, and Board of Education in place to re-imagine learning for our district and to lead change that will impact lives!
An important first step in this process is strengthening the collaboration with families and our community by spending time over the next several weeks sharing our Financial Health Family & Community Conversations so people are equipped with the current information. Please see the schedule below and join us for a meeting that fits in your schedule. The same topic will be covered at each meeting.
