ELEMENTARY OPPORTUNITIES

WC Your Future was developed to help students see a link between what they are learning and future work.  The program offers ways in which students can make those career connections as early as kindergarten.  In addition, professionals and community partners are invited into the schools to take us behind the scenes to show us what they do every day.

Each week, elementary students expand their learning potential through our Discovery course - a program with lessons based on creativity, problem solving, thinking skills, teamwork and STEM-related content.  This course is designed to provide students with foundational knowledge and skills that lay the foundation for future careers and post-secondary success.  We look forward to expanding our WC Your Future elementary programming in the future.
