It’s that time of year again - #LoveWC Week! This year’s theme is “West Clermont Strong”. We will be celebrating everyone who makes West Clermont a strong community to learn, lead, and succeed all week from February 18-21.
New this year we are teaming up with four local restaurants for a dine to donate fundraiser that benefits the West Clermont Whole Learner Assistance Fund. The fund helps students and families with need in the district.
List of Participating Restaurants:
Tuesday 2/18/25 - Biggby's Coffee (Eastgate location) No code needed, drive-thru only. Runs 6 a.m. - 8 p.m.
Wednesday 2/19/25 - Dickey's Barbecue Pit (Amelia Location) No code needed, dine-in or carryout. Runs 11 a.m. - 9 p.m.
Thursday 2/20/25 - Chick-fil-A (Eastgate Location) No code needed but you must order through the app. Dine-in, drive-thru, or carryout. Runs 10:30 a.m. -9:00 p.m.
Friday 2/21/25 - City Barbeque (Eastgate Location) Online Code: GIVE. If you call ahead or go into the store tell them your order is to benefit West Clermont Schools. Dine-in, takeout, delivery, drive-thru, or pickup. Runs 11 a.m - 8 p.m.
We are also hosting our much-anticipated Spirit Week where students will be able to dress up in various ways during that week. We also have a reading pledge/food drive that combines our love for reading with our love of giving back. Students will also be able to work together to decorate classroom doors demonstrating what WC Strong means to them. Don’t forget to like and follow us so you can stay in the know on all of our #LoveWC activities.
We would be nothing without our incredible staff. They work hard for our students and families every day and we want to shower them with love throughout #LoveWC Week. Thank you to everyone who submitted shoutouts to a West Clermont staff member (or alum, community member or organization who has made a difference in your or your child’s educational journey). These shoutouts will be delivered on Friday February 21st.
