Welcome to Clough Pike Elementary. Our school has a rich
tradition of excellence supported by our families, the staff, and our
community. We place our families first, because within them are
our most valuable resources, our children. The Clough community
is proud of its reputation for high levels of parental support through
volunteerism, follow-through at home, and collaboration with our
staff. Clough Pike is a school that continuously strives to reach
the highest level of academic and cultural success for our students.
We are proud to be a part of a highly innovative district where high
standards and student achievement are placed as our top priorities.
This is an exciting and promising time for our students and our entire
learning community.
Clough Pike Elementary School, built in 1968, has an
enrollment of approximately 500 students from preschool through grade
five. It's size probably accounts, in part, for the family
atmosphere which is prevalent in the school. Clough Pike could
be viewed as a microcosm of the district because we serve a diverse
student population. We staff inclusion classrooms so the needs
of children with disabilities can be met in regular education
settings. We also house the district's gifted programs.
This wonderful variety of children provides and educational
environment which aptly prepares students for the real world. |
